Our new Fatima Dress brightens every day in an airy cotton-silk blend with an all-over floral vine print. This playful piece can be worn front-to-back. It's pictured here with the pintucked yoke at the front bodice with short ruffles lining the top and a generous double flounce at bottom (creating flutter sleeves). A functional button placket descends at center front to a shirred encased-elastic waistband. Below, the miniskirt flares to two shirred flounces, the top of which is high-low.
